These are the rules for using Cobrita. They are short and in plain words. By using the app, you agree to them.
What Cobrita is
Cobrita helps you write down your cleanings, get your payment messages ready and know what you are owed. It only keeps track of money: it never receives, holds or moves it. It isn’t a bank or a payment service. Your clients pay you the way they always do, and you write it down.
You send the messages
Cobrita gets the message ready, and you decide whether to send it. What you send is your responsibility. Write only to people who expect your messages, like your clients. Don’t use Cobrita to bother, threaten or deceive anyone.
Help, not legal advice
The help information, the list of organizations and what we explain about small claims court are general information. They aren’t legal advice. The organizations aren’t part of Cobrita. For your own case, talk to one of them or get legal advice.
Your records and taxes
Cobrita’s summaries and documents show what you write down. They help you keep your accounts and show your work, but they aren’t tax advice. Check that they are complete and, if you have questions, ask someone who prepares taxes.
Your data is yours
What you write down is kept on your phone, and it’s yours. We don’t have it, so we can’t recover it if you lose or erase your phone. Your phone’s backups help with that. How we treat your privacy is at https://cobrita.com/en/privacy
Plans
Cobrita has a Free plan and a Pro plan. What protects your money is free forever: help, your trusted person, the record of payments you didn’t get, and downloading all your data.
If you buy Pro, Apple or Google handle the charge, the renewal and the cancellation, under their rules. You can cancel at any time in your app store’s settings.
On iPhone
If you use Cobrita on an iPhone, Apple’s standard license agreement also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
No warranties
We do our best to make Cobrita work well, but the app is provided as it is, without warranties. Check that your accounts are right. As far as the law allows, Amori Studio LLC isn’t responsible for losses from using the app, such as lost data or payments a client didn’t make.
Changes
If we change these rules, we put it on this page with the new date.
